The streak stands at 1 year!
Just knocked out the set that completes 1 full year of doing 100 push-ups each day!
Just to give it a definitive note, I went for the whole 100 in one shot, and made it fairly easily! I've accomplished that 3 times now, 2 of them in the last 2 weeks.
Thanks for the encouragement to keep the streak going this long. I have no intentions of stopping here!

Very cool. Wonder how you did it. What was the plan? I'm researching workouts I can share with my youngest son as he wants to train for baseball.

@Curt - Just take a look back through all the blog posts tagged 100Pushups. I started the 100 Pushups program back in Sept of 2008, but then just over a year ago transitioned into doing 100 per day, first at 10, 15, 20, 25, 30 sets, then to 2 sets of 50.

Pushups are such a simple and effective exercise. I find them challenging. I do 3 sets of ten, once a week. I mix my workout alot. I like the body weight exercises.
I guess I just don't want to bulk out like you, Arnold. :)
